PortfolioAfter my first master's (I like school), I landed a job copywriting for an entertainment start-up. Jump-starting a business was intense, but I got a kick out of building user experience from the ground up. When the start-up was acquired, I decided to teach university writing part-time so I could work as a freelance content specialist.
Fast-forwarding almost a decade and a half, I now work with clients ranging from start-ups (one of which is my own) to Fortune 50 corporations. To name-drop a few of the big fish, I've worked for and/or with the United Nations, EssilorLuxxotica, Harvard, and adidas®. I have the skills and experience necessary to help you and/or your businesses present your work distinctly and succinctly. My job is to create and cultivate content that finds and resonates with its target audience. Whatever you call the type of writing you need -- content strategy, microcopy, UX writing, storytelling -- I'm here for it. Editing SamplesThe best editors are invisible, and I've edited a wide range of writing: grant/funding proposals, literary journals, academic articles/dissertations, video scripts, EU reports, opera librettos (!!!), and business textbooks, to name a few.
Much of what I edit is under copyright and/or currently in production, but if you'd like to see some of my editing work you're welcome to contact me and request an excerpt. |
